This movie shows how each soldier goes through hard times in the war and how they overcome it together but it is also a very emotional movie because it could've actually happened ti real soldier in World War 2. And it shows the sad truth of what happened during world war 2. It also does a job of showing how each soldier will go through challenges
This song is talking about her lover going to the war and how he is going to come back. And how once the war is over everything will go back to normal. But I feel like women didn’t think like that back then because many women were left desperate waiting for their partner or scared of getting a knock on their door getting news that their lover died in the War. The person who wrote this article thinks that going to war is not a good idea if you want world peace because he is a pacifist which a person doesn’t agree that you can solve things with violence etc. And this person talks about Nazism a lot and how they were very brutal to people. I don’t agree with this person's thought of not going to war because I think that people can go to war but not going by force because it doesn’t feel right to me when I get forced to do something I don’t want to do.
In this political cartoon you can see japanese people lined up for TNT and there is a guy standing on the roof with a telescope “waiting for a signal” probably from Japan. Behind them you can see California, Oregon, and Washington. By the picture you can tell that this took place after Pearl Harbor and this is how the U.S entered WW2 . After the event of Pearl Harbor many americans saw the Japanese as bad people or people you that you can’t trust looking at the picture here. In the picture taken by Robert Capa you can see a line of dead bodies (U.S soldiers) on the floor he uses repetition in this picture to catch your eyes attention. By looking at this picture it gives me a sad feeling and I think that is what the photographer tried to accomplish. And he did a very good job portraying that feeling. In the background you can see some soldiers minding their business. It looks like they don’t care about the dead bodies on the floor and I think that’s how people would treat soldiers in the war they didn’t really show that they cared about them.
